Well Jerusalem IS the capital of Israel, what's the big deal? It only includes the Western part, regardless of what goes inside Netanyahu's or Friedmans' heads.
What's that to do with the Arabs of Eastern Jerusalem (or Al Kuds)?
If anything, it means more available jobs for them in building and maintaining the new embassies, less unemployment.
Neither Israel's internal affairs, nor Netanyahu's internal mental affairs are any of their business so long as it doesn't adversely affect them, such as if the traffic passes through their territory.

If they want to make a difference, why don't they become Israeli citizens, which as long-term permanent residents they are entitled to, and vote Netanyahu out?
