Paul,

Is it not true that Shoebridge and DiNatoli did not condemn the fringe Green groups proposed activities and their exhortation to burn our flag?

"That's right is Mise, when your argument fails, as it always does with me, take to pedantic nitpicking"

Not pedantic nit picking at all, Paul, but a heartfelt attempt to steer you onto the right track, I've asked you before to download "Spellcheck", don't be shy of using technology and it, Spellcheck, really is free.

Is Mise we have moved on from whatever it was you were on about, and are now discussing that sinister clandestine organisation 'Right Wing Ratbag' and it close association with The Gunnies Party.
Is there any 'TRUTH' to the rumour that 'Right Wing Ratbag' intends to ignite a 10 ton mountain of made in China Aussie Day rubber thongs with the sacred flag imprinted, on Bennelong Point on the 26th and by directing the smoke across the harbour disrupt the culturally sensitive Tug Boat Ballet. All this with the intention to place the blame for this grossly Un-Australian act on to the peace loving Greenies, and Flower Children. Shame! Shame! Shame!
I am mortified to think you would condone this kind of barbarity!

Is Mise, egg on face award to you for a pompous comment, like some overbearing public school master, showing yourself to be a smart ass.

vain secondary meaning: futile, useless, pointless, worthless, nugatory.

As in the idiom; "in the same vain" or vein. so it can be applied to a newspaper.

Get yourself what ever you like.

Wow! Paul, you're coming on.

Now just answer the question:
Is it not true that Shoebridge and DiNatoli did not condemn the fringe Green group's proposed activities and their exhortation to burn our flag?

No IS MISE, all true Greens, myself included, are peaceful people, unlike some of you, we have no propensity to act violently. There is no need for me to comment on a "story" which is a beat up.

About 10 years ago a woman joined our branch and at a time did propose we participate in some kind of disruptive protest, after debate, we informally expelled her from the branch. In other words we told he not to come back, go elsewhere.

As I said the only protest planned for January 26th in Sydney that I am aware of is the march from Redfern to the Town Hall, which has always been PEACEFUL.

As there has been no denial from the 'forums 'Usual Suspects' on the proposed thong burning as reported by Miles Goodfly and Heath Ashbum , one can only assume they support such action, if not intend to be active participants. IS MISE are you bringing the matches?

Paul,

"Federal Greens leader Richard Di Natale has refused to be drawn on a splinter group’s call for supporters to disrupt Australia Day celebrations.
Left Renewal, a far-Left NSW Greens faction, wants people to take part in “seven days of resistance in the lead-up to Invasion Day”.
That includes stealing and burning the Australian flag, disrupting barbecues and other official events and spraying protest graffiti on walls and roads
Senator Di Natale’s office refused to comment yesterday."

Does he endorse the planned disruption or not?

Would be a simple thing for him to say that he doesn't support stealing, would it not?
