Oi here's me bruvver :

"That is correct. I remember Dad telling the shooters (from Sydney) that they must not go into Tin Creek as there were sheep in that paddock including the rams. They could shoot a sheep in Blacks Camp paddock but only 1. However, when Dad met up with them at the middle yards ( I remember being with Dad) the shooters showed Dads the head of the Haddon Rig ram.

Dad was not impressed.

Cheers

Brother Peter"

Okay Is Mise I want to play your silly little game of tit for tat.

My first shot is: Fat Bob Blast'm from the Gunnies Party claimed $47,295.42 for meals from the public purse for his taxpayer funded fact finding Big Game Hunting Expedition to darkest Africa where he bagged himself eight elephants. The fact is Fat Bob actually dinned on his elephant kills and didn't eat any of the local fair, such as fried Bongo Grub the national dish of Bunglewongleland. Fat Bob explained he was watching his weight. So far in five years all Fat Bob has repaid is the 42 cents. When questioned Fat Bob said he plans to make another repayment of 42 cents in 2020, and will do so every five years until the debt is repaid in full! Good on Fat Bob for being so magnanimous!

Paul,

That's an interesting post, care to give a reference?

I haven't seen one of the animal signs shot around here but the large road signs are full of dents, but no holes, which is strange if they were shot.

What has happened is that someone, for some strange reason, hit the signs with a ball pein hammer thus giving the impression that they have been shot.
How do we know this?
Simple, the pein has a nick in it and some of the signs have a mark in each of the dings corresponding to a nick in the pein.

Is Mise, that sensational scoop was the resourceful work of our intrepid investigative reporters Miles Goodfly and Heath Ashbum, you are familiar with the work of Miles and heath, are you not, as published in that reliable tabloid 'The Muck Rake Daily', Unfortunately the website of 'The Muck Rake Daily' went down this morning, when some masked varmints took to it with ball-pein hammers! son unfortunaly no link at this time, just take my word for it, I always tell the truth and never make up stories.

The story about my Uncle up at Cassilis, pop about 300, (do a Google and it brings up the old pub had a few beers there years ago) on his property is true.

Is Mise, another true story, I have a story for every occasion, some years back after the big hail storm in Sydney a bloke I know thought he would do some "hail damage" to his car with a ball-pein hammer. The dick got nothing when the insurance mob worked out all the dints were done with the same hail stone. Dick end up with no dosh and a worthless car.
