The rabid right are trying to make some semblance of sense out of this political disaster the conservatives have suffered. For them the message is clear. The electorate is crying out for the messiah, the anointed one, they scan the far right horizon in the vain hope a new Hitler will appear, could it be Gerry Harvey, no he is only a John the Baptists, preparing the people for the real messiah, who is yet to come, one who will deliver them from the evils of the progressives and others they despise in society, and help Gerry flog a few more Korean made TV's while he's at it, will give Gerry's business a boosts. They hoped Abbott was such, but only to be disappointed, now it]s a woman, could she be the one? The fish and chip shop lady herself, Pauline Hanson, back from the political graveyard to lead this happy band of rednecks into the promised land.

Poirot, you have to remember politically OTB is a middle of the road average punter, he told us that himself when he came to the forum some years back. Your not alone, sometimes even I need reminding of that fact.

Command Centre to spaceship Paul1405, "Come in, Paul1405"..."You are waaaay out there"..(long pause).. "Are you hearing us, Paul1405?"

I think that someone has already remarked that you may be confusing real life with Game of Thrones.

Maybe a mask with an activated carbon filter for your next NSW 'Watermelon' Greens conspiratorial plotting fest?

//Just watched the 7:30 Report on the ABC and various politicians are saying that Hanson did so well because she is saying the things that average Australians want to hear; particularly in calling for a stop to Muslim immigration.//

Not just Muslim immigration - let's not forget that he's also none too fond of Asians. So apparently the 'average' Aussie has similar antipathy for gooks, chinks and other assorted slopes, or they wouldn't have voted for him.

Is Mise, I fear you may be confusing average Australians for deeply xenophobic Australians. Average Australians are the ones that care about the content of a man's character; Hanson supporters are the one that care about the angle of their eyes and the tone of their skin.

Beach, I understand your jocularity as you bask in the momentary glory of a Hanson victory. Did you work hard on the campaign? I'm sure you joined in the deserved celebrations on Saturday night, goose-stepping, sieg heiling and toasting the new fuhrer, until the wee small hours of the morning. What position do you hope to occupy in the new regime 'Minister for Internet Propaganda'? I forgot, you can always run that Citizens Militia you are so fond of. I'm sure Pauline has openings for all her loyal subjects from the forum.

Toni, please don't be so hard on Is Mise, it was only last week he enjoyed a chop suey take away from down at the Golden Dragon. Heck, he was even known to have partaken of the occasional kebab in his younger days. He has watched 'Lawrence Of Arabia' on telly, twice! He loves Arab people, like Peter O'Toole. I do believe he even has a Sammy Davis Jr LP somewhere deep down in his record collection. I ask you, how more egalitarian can you get than good old Is Mise.

Ar the underachievers are out in force, free medical, free education and free health for ever. Well im going to let you all into a little secret, THEY ARE NOT FREE, OTHERS PAY FOR THEM ALL. GET IT!

The election shows that those who pick up the slack and pay the bills have had a gut full of being told to keep working hard, while we either piss your money away or give it to some underachiever or even better, some invitee with little to nothing to offer.

Be warned, WE HAVE HAD A GUT FULL.

We are sick to death of the grubs wanting everything for nothing, then complaining that we dare do such a thing as claim some tax relief in the form of negative gearing.

You lot had better hope like hell that labour does get in, because if they don't, you are in for the shake up of your lives because those of us who fund this waste fest are about to revolt.

Ah Butch! So the revolution has begun, storm the Bastille, just in time for Bastille Day July 14th. Your a butcher, you can operate the guillotine. Will you be in the vanguard, Is Mise will supply the guns, Beach will call out the citizens militia, runner will pray for their souls, Hasbeen will just be hasbeen. Have you got a white horse for Pauline to mount? Its all happening.
Sorry, I just heard you can't revolt today, another batch of dead carcasses has turned up at the shop, you have to get down there and chop em' up. No time for revolution when there are snags to be made.
