rehctub,
"You lot had better hope like hell that labour does get in, because if they don't, you are in for the shake up of your lives because those of us who fund this waste fest are about to revolt." Settle down, there.... And just what do think Magnificent Mal will be capable of after this drubbing. He'll be hanging on by his finger nails. My pick is that Credlin, who is being extremely vociferous at present, will give him a quick manicure and install herself and Abbott back in the top spot. Worth stocking up on popcorn, I reckon! We are going to revolt, who is we. Does that mean Butch and Pauline. It is going to be an oppressive place to start from. Butch first thing to do is put out the cash only sign. Just be careful of where you get your fresh stock from, they have to keep records as well . Maybe get some road-kill in just to confuse the numbers.
What a balls up this election is , this is going to be the most hostile senate in history. Mal did not read the tea leaves to well. Abbott will be in raptures over this, after all he was going to win this one. The SM bloke has gone quiet again, probably licking his wounds and other things. There is something of a serious nature about this election, Abbott may just try his luck again. Now that would really tear then conservatives and liberals apart. I can see another election coming up very soon, probably March if not before Xmas. Australia has run its race with this voting system. We need a republic and a whole new voting system. Yes, Doog...apparently it's yodelling petite bourgeois butchers who are society's "high achievers"...who'd have known?
I think another election in the not too distant future is probably on the cards. There is going to be a huge fallout within the Libs between the far-right conservatives and Turnbull's followers who went to the election with far-right conservative policy. Odd that! Loads of merriment for all involved, I'm sure. Here's what Craig Emerson just posted on twitter: "Your government has as much legitimacy as the Pakistani cricket team." George Brandis lecturing me on JuliaG forming a minority government." Lol!... Posted by Poirot, Tuesday, 5 July 2016 10:33:11 AM

Labor have been caught red handed as political shills, for publicising huge lies as part of an organised scare campaign and involving union bosses.
Shorten's reaction when caught out? More lies: 'not part of the national campaign', 'not so sure he knew about it' etc. What is infinitely worse is that all of Shorten's Labor prospective parliamentarians and shadow ministers went along with the lies, as did the Greens. No surprise at all for politicians who use 'Progressive' as a blind for their belief in International Socialism and Greens who hide their Trotskyism behind a thin veil of environmental concern that is immediately dropped after the election. Young voters would be advised to remember the fraud and Shorten's false concern for their welfare that was only an election roughhouse tactic to win. Shorten and his equally unethical and unprincipled 'win whatever it takes' shadow ministers are first accountable to the many honest people who vote Labor believing what the leaders say. That it has all been a complete fraud to get some greedy, self-entitled career politicians into the Parliament will NOT be going down well in the Labor heartlands. Cynical Shorten and ors have wilfully destroyed a Labor tradition and credibility that others who were giants before them worked so very hard to build. As it is, no-one and not the Labor politicians themselves believes anything that Shorten and his shadow ministers say now or in the future. The truth will always play second fiddle to their selfish personal advantage. Posted by onthebeach, Tuesday, 5 July 2016 11:03:48 AM

What about Liberal Senator Corny Banana from SA demanding Turnballs has to go. Where is Julie Bishop on all this, deep in conversation with Scott Morrison.
Your right Butch there is going to be blood in the streets, Liberal blood, as Liberal politicians stab each other in the back, front and sides. http://www.smh.com.au/federal-politics/federal-election-2016/election-2016-liberal-senator-cory-bernardi-says-malcolm-turnbulls-future-is-up-for-debate-20160704-gpxuqe.html Where is my favorite forum Liberal, Shadow Minister, still hold up in the bunker, shell shocked by the result. For the rabid right, a link you will like, if you haven't already done so. That could be Is Mise in the hat, OTB in the cap and runner praying in the background. http://www.onenation.com.au/membership Posted by Paul1405, Tuesday, 5 July 2016 11:05:05 AM
