The two big issues facing the state CORRUPTION and ASSET SALES are pivotal to not only how people vote on March 28th, but as to how the state will fair in the years to come. Both Labor and Liberal have gone rather quite on the issue of CORRUPTION, which is understandable considering both major parties are up to their necks in it. CORRUPTION has been proven to be systemic within both Labor and Liberal, and both propose to do little about it. If elected voters can expect more of the same in the years to come.
On ASSET SALES both parties appear to differ, with the Liberal demanding that to provide infrastructure to the State assets have to be sold, particularly the electricity grid. Labor claim to oppose this sale, but their previous track record in office speaks differently. History shows time and time again, with the selling off of juicy state assets, the people are worse off in the long term! Paying more, and left to carry the financial mill stones none want to own.

What's the alternative, Paul, the Greens?

The Greens offer a whole raft of promises, completely unfunded and ill thought out, and leavened with their lies and prejudices.

Is Mise, The Greens have put forward a fully costed program for the upcoming state election, unlike some, The Shooters Party for example, who offer nothing worthwhile in the form of policy.

The Greens have cut a deal with the ALP to preference Labor candidates in 23 key seats, in return for Labor preferences in the LC, this should ensure 3 Greens are elected to the Upper House, for a total of 6. The Greens expect to retain the seat of Balmain and win the new seat of Newtown.

Its only a bit over a week out from the election, and I find it very disappointing that its been proven once again that "The leopard can't change its spots". Once again the ugly head of corruption has been raised. This time it is the Primer no less 'Bugsy' Baird from the corrupt Liberal party who has been caught out. What has this bloke's office been up to? Trying to influence an independent report into The Liberal's shonky electricity privatisation scheme.

Another sinister mob have appeared on the political stage in NSW, another one of those so called one issue parties, like 'The Shooters Party' and 'The No Parking Meters Party' Some of these micro parties may on the surface seem rather benign with their so called one issue, but are they? The new mob, calling themselves 'The No Land Tax Party', have been throwing money around like confetti, lots of money, even been offering $30/hour for people to hand out HTV's on polling day for them, and a $500 bonuses if the party scores 20% vote at your booth, they seem to have lots of cash to splash. Who are they, no one really knows, least of all the voters. Since they have landed the number one spot on the Upper House ballot paper and with their seemingly endless supply of cash, they could win a seat.

With just 3 days to election day the corrupt Liberal Party has been caught out again. The Liberals tried to extract a donation from a banned donor a multi-millionaire Sydney property developer Peter MacCormick. of Napier Properties. Property developers have been banned in NSW from making political donations for obvious reasons since 2010, but the Liberal Party keeps on trying!

Paul,

The NSW Greens are so inept that the lie that was promulgated by them that the Lyndt Cafe terrorist was a licenced firearms owner is still up on their website; this shews a callous disregard for the truth that carries over into some of their other activities.
