Good on you mate, don't be put off by that thoroughly ignorant individual NHOJ. His/her objectionable behaviour on this Forum is more than likely as a result of a 'toyless childhood' (refer; DSM VI) from which he/she has yet to fully emerge ? Furthermore this individual regrettably, is truly narcissistic, as evidenced by his/hers persistent truculence and wholly abrasive attitude towards others, who are trying vainly to convey their own point of view on a particular topic ? I wont go over old ground, but your man Barry (maybe he's not your man) was set up by the extreme right (the drys) within the LIBERAL PARTY, backed by the Big End of Town. The whole affair was perpetrated for the sole purpose of installing one of their own, Michael Baird a member of the 'North Shore Mafia', in the top job. Baird will be very amenable to the privatising of the electricity polls and wires at the right price for the big end of town. something Barry had cold feet about, knowing the consequences for the people. The big loser's in such an act of bastardy will be the people of NSW, who once again will see electricity prices soar through the roof, as BB line their pockets.
No value in dredging up Gillard as a counter to what I say, I'll just agree with you, I'm no Labor supporter, I simply see them as the lesser of two evils, but at the state level they are on a par. Baird like Robertson, needs to come clean on their involvment in crooked politics in this state. I have no faith in either to do the right thing by the people. The only honest voice we have in NSW is THE GREENS. Bring on March 15.

You are starting to sound like a conspiracy nut. But with all the backstabbing that goes on in the greens it is not surprising.

Selling old assets to build new assets makes financial sense, and with the infrastructure ignored after 16 years of labor something needs to be done.

Prices can't rise any more under than under the incompetent hand of Labor.

Already receiving a very fat pay packet, in excess of $390K, complements of the taxpayer, Lying Joe wants more, more from the people. Hockey has been demanding and getting secret donations to the Liberal Party for "access" to him the Treasurer. Business types have been coughing up as much as $22k to have a VIP meeting with Lying Joe. The gall of this Liberal shyster, elected to serve the people and then demanding "cash" to do what they have been paid to do!
