With the spotlight at the ICAC this week pointing clearly in the direction of the Liberal Party Pig Pen, there has been little mention of Labor and what they might have been up to! Time to check them out, and see what hanky panky been going on down Sussex Street way!
Robbo, been at it, past sins might be coming home to roost. Labor Leader John Robertson has been dragged into a murder case, that of criminal businessman Mick McGurk, before anyone jumps to the wrong conclusions Robbo didn't fire the fatal shot that done in McGurk, or anything like that. What Mr Robertson may be guilty of is concealing a serious criminal offense. Robertson has admitted when he was head of Unions NSW McGurk offered him a bribe of $3 million to facilitate the sale of union property. If proven Robertson has committed a serious criminal offense in not reporting the matter to police. Something he freely admits he did not do. Possibly all will be revealed when Robertson faces a Greens backed parliamentary inquiry.
Some may recall this Robbo is the same Robbo who accepted a lavish ski trip from Eaddie Obeid. Interesting!

Does anyone know if 'Costco' sells a 1 ton pack of washing powder. There is so much dirty laundry in the NSW Labor and Liberal Parties they both sure could use it!

Paul1405, yep both sides of politics in NSW are utterly corrupt and full of shady characters. And it's the same in every state, to varying degrees. Some state political parties can be pretty efficient at covering up the corruption for years and years. Often the truth doesn't emerge till a decade or more after the events.

funny how those so interested in slush funds now were completely oblivous (especially the ABC) to Gillards efforts in her 'naive ' years. talk about trying to pick out a speck while carrying a plank in one's eyes. Oh well it keeps the 'progressives ' in a moral outrage and keeps them from looking at the grubby unions.

The voters of NSW have known for some time what a scum bucket Labors Joe Tipodi is. Tipodi was Obeid's right hand man, right up there with Macdonald when it comes to corruption. One who has been in the thick of things is former Labor boss and Treasure, Eric Roozendaal. Despite plenty of rumor and near evidence Roozendaal had managed to avoid most of the mud that has been thrown his way. Back in 2013 Roozendaal was "cleared" by the ICAC over a $10,800 discount he received on a near new car purchase, arranged by the corrupt Moses Obeid. That was until yesterday when Roozendaal took a direct hit from former Labor member for Newcastle Jodi Mckay. It was made clear by Mckay that Roozendaal was in with developer coal mogul and developer Nathan Tinkler, and along with Tipodi had conspired to have Makay replaced by the Liberal at the 2011 election.
Its now clear a vote in New South Wales for either Labor or Liberal at any level is a waste, you don't know "who" you are voting for, what "representation" you will be getting. You won't know how corrupt the candidate has been or still is. The only reasonable alternative for us in this state, is to vote for honesty and integrity and vote GREEN, the only party with shred of decency about it.

Of course no one is forgetting Juliar's slush fund fraud involvement, Bill Shorten's slush fund, or pretty much every ex union labor MP's slush funds.

How about the biggest single donation in history going to the greens which certainly would not comply to any recent donations legislation.
