You're suggesting that a bi-racial nation where intermarriage is uncommon would be backward yet we've demonstrated that a poly racial nation in which assimilation is commonplace will be poor and have a huge disparity in all measurable areas between Whites at the top and Negroes at the bottom.
Heck we even nominated the best possible outcome, 45% White Brazil with it's $7000 a year median salary is a booming economy when compared to Haiti or Jamaica. Argentina by comparison, with it's 85% White population has an average salary of about $15,000-18,000.
