What is a neutral country in the 21st century?
Do we want to be a neutral country.?
As a neutral country will we hold the balance of power and if so why.
Are we as a nation strong enough to believe that we can manage such a position in the free world successfully?
Do we believe in an honest open society that has the ability to manage our country in this manner.
