That is what i was refering to, so I did read your posts and what you are proposing here is a world government and that I disagree with.

If you take your contention of 'let nature take its course' through to its logical conclussion, we would never have developed antibiotics or vacines, nor mended badly broken limbs or created other medical advances. Advances in most humen endeavours would not have taken place. Horses would not even have been used for transport.
If we know of a current adversity and we can help them we will do so, but there are some people who give thought to how to prevent such from reoccuring in the future, as well.
Or does your contention of non-intervention only apply to third world countries?
