Dear Yabby,

Come on,

As I told another poster,

Hopefully our children won't carry our baggage.

What can we give this beautiful new generation?

The unwanted gift of our experience?

I don't think so.

Perhaps only the right to make the same mistakes
and afterward
not saying,
"I told you so!

Dear Foxy,

Oh I carry no baggage lol. The thread was going quite
well until along came Dickie, clearly a violent old
battle-axe! When her hatred for meat eating males
gets out of line, I tend to even the score. Clearly
its her baggage that is the problem.

Now a question for you. Is love based on self interest
or not?

"I guess when your daughter one day becomes a sad old bitch,
she will have to think of a suitable name for herself."

Dear me perhaps poor old Yabby is bitter because he's been discarded for a younger stud eh?

Goodness gracious me Yabby. What a testy old codger you are. Perhaps you're a Creepius Paranoius?

Well as my dear children advise:

"Mum, there's a real meat market out there" so there you go Yabby - engage in the "meat market," snare yourself a young'n and get a smile on ya dial.

Don't forget the after-shave and clean undies now - oh and bryllcream for the comb-over. Keep it under the pillow for easy access. You wouldn't want to scare them off in the morning, would you?

PS: My toyboy's a "meat eating male" and he's not creepy, so please explain?

Go, Dickie! Well done. (My "toy boy" - I have to use the term a bit loosely though - is a meat eater as well).

Cheers
Nicky

Hehe, this sounds like straight out of "Desperate Housewives" :)

So our two trusty crusaders, who spew their venom about the evils
of livestock farming and eating meat, all over the OLO animal welfare
threads, can't even find veggie boyfriends?

Clearly your campaign to end farming and meat eating is not doing
so well, if even the toyboy is not convinced!

Fair Lady. Theres nothing like the dry humour of a farmer. I was waiting for that one. They walked right into it.

Yabbys 100% right.- Very funny Yabbs.

Yep you never know they might even be the two blokes that emailed looking for box orders and asked about the chance to go on a farmer wants a wife.

We wrote back and told them to check out Foxys other thread on the forum but use bodgey names like their veggie friends do:)
