We might start seeing power plants and desalination plants across Israel and Gulf States go up next.
I heard that within hours after Trumps 5 day extension Iranian power plants were bombed anyway.

I was thinking today that my problem is that I find more in depth analysis from independent media and I'm not in any way product of the corporate presstitute news slop that most people rely on, if that can be considered a problem....

I find it hard now to keep up with normal news simply because it usually comes the day after it actually happened and it throws me off.
Today's news on the TV, is really yesterdays news in real life.

Hi AC,

The first causality of war is truth. Trump is an unmitigated liar and a coward. The world cannot trust a word the great warmonger says. Its now obvious that the exaggerated and false claims that Trump makes should be disregarded. Blind Freddy can see that Iran is doing a lot better in this war than what the great warmonger and his Zionist mate claim. NOW THAT'S A FACT.

Hi Paul,
Trumps fits the old adage 'You can tell he's lying if his lips are moving' quite well.

So.. Cheap hypersonic missiles for the gun lovers

How much we spending on these new missiles above?
China's got some cheapies on sale.

China’s low-cost ‘cement-coated’ hypersonic missile could threaten major warships
http://interestingengineering.com/military/chinas-cement-coated-hypersonic-missile
'The reported unit price, about 700,000 yuan (US$99,000), is similar to that of the Tesla Model X.'

>>Chinese aerospace company Lingkong Tianxing has introduced a new hypersonic glide missile that can travel at up to Mach 7 and hit targets up to 1,300 kilometers (800 miles) away, offering a low-cost yet powerful option that could change the global defense market.

The missile, designated the YKJ-1000, drew wide attention for its unconventional construction, which reportedly includes civilian-grade materials such as foamed concrete in its heat-resistant coating.<<

Hi AC,

Did you see the price of a Chinese Nuk Sub;

(Jin-class) SSBN around $750 million to $2.4 billion and the (Shang-class) SSN estimated around $1.1–$1.5 billion. Newer SSBNs are projected to cost $3–4 billion each as technology advances.

Compared to a Yankee Rust Bucket Class, used subs from Honest Donalds Used Submarine and Caravan Lot at $100 billion each, with no on sea guarantee, and no delivery date, maybe 2050 and pay up front now. I think we could afford half a dozen of those Jin Class SSBN's top of the range jobs, includes a full tank of plutonium, power steering, chrome rudder, alloy propellers, free RACQ membership etc for $3 billion each, that's only $18 billion, small change for Jimbo, delivery next week and no down payment on the easy interest free 5 year credit plan. AND the Chows will throw in a couple of free nuk missiles with each sub purchased, we can take pot shots at New Zealand at not cost, fun for all the family.

I'll just go into my Temu account and place an order, spend over 50 bucks and its free delivery in 7 days or get 5 bucks free credit, I'll run that past Albo in tonight's chat with the lads in Canberrrrah!

p/s Might get em' to throw in a free Jin-Class as a sweetener, good for Granny, she can use it to run up the shops, to put her Lotto on, she wont need to use the Mack Truck anymore, save on diesel at 3 bucks a hit.

Lol
Wasn't there some old story about how America spent a huge amount of money trying o invent a pen that would work in zero gravity?
And the Russians just simply used a pencil..

Not sure its even true or not...

Yes we could've save a few hundred billion on those subs...

I watched something the other day where some Aussie ex-military officer was talking about the war in Iran and the fuel shortage and how bad things are in our defence forces.
He said that the submarine spending had taken away from other needed spending.

Hi AC,

This war reminds me of Vietnam, where the Yanks turned up with half a million men, top the range fire power, every gizmo that opened and shut. Ten years later with around 60,000 deadn's shipped back to US in body bags. They ran like scaredy-cats, pissing their pants as they fled, with their arses on fire!

Ho Chi Minh was right, when a western interviews said; "Vietnam can't possibly win this war, America has too much fire power"... "Yes we will" said Ho...'The Americans are soft and will give up, we will never give up." Ho was right, that's what happened. Maybe the Iranians have the same attitude.
