The same advice can be applied here, on OLO, and social media, where people tie themselves in knots trying to argue with people who just won't shut up until they are ignored. They have nothing to contribute except contrariness, and often abuse; they cannot be dealt with in the normal way. And as sure as hell, they are not going to change because people argue with them; they thrive on the attention.
