Doctors, nurses, tradies, managers, engineers, professionals etc, etc, etc. Unskilled/semi-skilled employed in retail, logistics, factories, farming, construction etc etc etc.

Some clunkers when they hear the word "migrant", they immediately think they are all Muslims coming to commit acts of terrorism. The top 3 source countries for emigration to Australia are, India, China, Philippines, not one has a dominant Islamic population.

Then we have people who migrated here 50 years ago from who knows where, too ashamed to say, and all they have done is live off the public purse, first off it was the dole, now its aged welfare until they kark it!.... 50 years of free loading!

I presented factual information concerning the intake of immigrants, there is no evidence to support the bigoted racism propagated by some, there is no "MILLIONS OF UNSKILLED" as the case maybe. Can you substantiate your claim that migrants are simply joining the bureaucracy.

There are those who migrate to Australia and enjoy (live off) the public purse, and continue to do so for the rest of their life. I understand people do come here from god forsaken bombed out joint where benefits like the dole and aged welfare are nonexistent, and unfortunately they proceed as parasites to live of us taxpayers forever! Do you know anyone fitting that description?

Fyi, where I spent my working life it was indeed quite a number who actually claimed indigeneity ! Many of them of Malay, Japanese, Chinese, Samoan, Polynesian, Indonesian ethnic heritage.
Many of them performing better than Caucasian Australians.

What we don't need in Australia is face covered cowards dressed in black, a group of about 20 neo-Nazis ran riot yesterday in the streets of Melbourne. Police had to use capsicum spray on the violent mob of thugs who were chanting white supremacist slogans and trying to disrupt a peaceful asylum-seeker rally. These peoples views align closely with far right political parties.
