Well this is nonsensical unless one can first define a "Jew".
There is no such agreed definition.
To demonstrate, let me translate a Jewish-Israeli survey, asking whether the following are Jewish or not:
Ilya was born in Russia to a Jewish mother and a non-Jewish father.
He has no connection to any Jewish organisation or community,
does not consider himself a Jew, but rather a Russian atheist.
Jewish? 64%
Betty was born in Chicago to non-Jewish parents.
She migrated to Israel out of love, serves in the IDF,
did not formally convert - but feels Jewish.
Jewish? 79%
Geva-A was born in Jerusalem to Jewish parents,
migrated to Australia, considers himself a non-Jewish Australian
Jewish? 75%
Geva-B was born in Jerusalem to a Jewish father,
migrated to Australia, considers himself a non-Jewish Australian
Jewish? 69%
Dana was born in Berlin to Jewish parents,
married an Arab-Israeli and lives in Nazareth (an Arab-Israeli town).

Helena was born in Amsterdam, married a Jew,
