On several occasions I've observed school children in uniform, about 14 or 15 maybe younger, make a mobile phone call from inside the pedestrian tunnel, then what do I see, an employee from the shop, walk down to the underpass where the children are, the bloke is carrying a couple of boxes of vapes, the kids exchange money for vapes, they go off in one direction, the grub returns to his shop!
