Hi Yuyutsu,
Well I guess that's good then.
The less people dying the better.

The nation’s socialist-embracing Labor leader has failed almost every test he has faced: from internal race-based politics to his government’s anti-Semitic undertones to his own ignorance of economics and his inability to relate to mainstream Australians.

Forgot what Bronwyn Bishop says. Nothing she and other hasbeens says will wreck Australia like those in government now are doing.

James Allan, law Professor and political commentator, believes that the next election is “There for the taking” by the Coalition, if it:-

. Breaks its addiction to mass immigration
. Gets back to assimilating the fewer immigrants - about 30,000 a year
. Guarantees to repeal any censorship Bill Albanese gets through Parliament
. Drops Net Zero and brings in a sane, affordable energy policy

Something to look forward to rather than going backwards and listening to an old duck whose opinions are as out of date as her hairstyle.

Staying with the present batch of politicians, not the ones who have been out of the game for years, Labor received its lowest primary vote ever at the last election. Does anyone seriously think that Albanese and his amateurs have done anything to improve that vote.

. Cost of living
. Housing
. Cost of rent and unavailability of rentals
. Continuing mass immigration to the detriment of the above
. Massive loss of credibility due to the rejection of the Voice
. Refusal to investigate child abuse in aboriginal communities
. Upcoming Bill curtailing freedom of speech
. Lack of industry due to unreliable, expensive electricity
. Building firms failing
. Inability to defend Australia from China
. High spending causing high inflation
. Inability or refusal to deal with hate speech on the streets
. Trashing Bob Hawke's policy on Israel and endangering Jews

All more important than worrying about an old sheila with a hairdo somewhere between a beehive and French pleat from the early 1960s.

I sometimes think that people keep bringing up nonsensical subjects to help them avoid thinking about the real mess this country is in. A situation not caused by and politicians from the past, who had a sense of duty and more respect for the electorate and country than the current mob do.

ttbn,

No international (war in the Middle East) or theoretical issue (Bill curtailing freedom of speech) has held predominance with the voting public, not since the Vietnam War issue 50 years ago, and only then because the domestic economy was doing okay, and 'bread and butter' wasn't holding centre stage. Plus the fact the Coalition had been in power for a long time, and had lost the charm of 'Pig Iron' Bob. As a general rule governments stand or fall on those bread and butter domestic issues. All other issues are peripheral and don't overly effect the outcome. The issue of the 'personal cost of living' and the governments perceived performance, coupled with the oppositions (leader) credibility is what will determine the voters political preference at the next election, not much else. At the moment the Labor Government is in the box seat to win.

A question to you; Who do you believe is best suited to running the country? I personally think Labor, but you might have an alternative.

Ever heard of Tritium Charging, enthused about by Albanese as the ‘future’ and a big employer when he visited it more than once to rave on, with Tritium's grinning CEO nodding in the background.

Well, Tritium is in big trouble; it may have to move to the U.S to cut costs. Their costs here are exceeding their sales. And they are whining about lack of support from the Great Albo, whom they think has just been using them as a photo opportunity for his renewable/employment/co2-reducing blather.

Albanese is full of sh-t.
