Dear Paul,

God Bless volunteers like you.

As soon as my walking improves I'll be going back to
helping out at the aged-care facility. It seems that they've
missed me. I've certainly missed them. It hopefully won't be too
long now.

Hey ttbn,

"SEC Newgate Research has found that:
. Only 13% of Australians think that the Albanese Left wing government is doing anything about cost of living.
. 61% of Australians think that Australia is heading in the wrong direction.
. Only 39% think the Left wing government is doing a good job of anything.
. 69% of respondents say that they are doing it tough.
. 61% are pessimistic about the future.
. Only 43% support the Leftist, racist Voice.
. Only 33% now care about climate change.
. 59% of Australians feel stressed and anxious (just the way totalitarians like them to be)."

And people think that we don't engage in propaganda in the West...
- That belief might just also be: A RESULT OF PROPAGANDA.

How else does one explain the initial support, then backtrack after were signed on and can't back out?
There won't be any referendums on exiting the existing treaties.
(Democracy doesn't afford the citizens a right to change their mind on these things)

RE cost of living

Dominos is offering Large Value MAX pizzas as a Saturday Special for $5
I grabbed a Pepperoni, Hawaiian, Beef and Onion and a Godfather for $20
- It's almost cheaper to eat take away in some instances than shop at Woolies and cook it yourself.

AC

Rather than propaganda, I think it's all about the political class being out of touch with the people, and the fact that they regard politics as a career, not a public service. Add their natural (mistaken) belief that they are born to rule, and know better about everything than we do, and that's the reason Australia is rooted.

There's not much we can do about it. There are only two parties that can form a government; and they are Tweedledum and Tweedledee. We have a Senate for the "unrepresentative swill" who would be never voted into the lower house. They are corrupt, refusing to do their job they were meant to do for their STATE, instead siding with their party or, in the case of independents and minor parties, taking bribes from the government to go along with what the government wants. The Albanese government, for instance, survives only with the Greens and sundry other self-servers on the cross bench.

The Australian system is not fit for purpose. Parliament needs to be cleared out, and started again.

AC,

It's interesting to see Paul, who bags out the church, showing how much the church helps those struggling to survive after a year of Labor.

Foxy,

Airbus Albo and his minions have been jetting around the world snapping selfies and handing out cash with little to no visible benefit. Tony signed up for 3 Free trade agreements in the same time span.

As for energy costs power costs have shot up at about the highest rate in Aus history thanks to Labor. If that's your mean of tackling energy costs you can keep it.

Albo's popularity is sinking with 13% of Australians thinking he is doing the right thing. You must have had very low expectations.
