I apologise if your positive response to Irfan’s wonderful article was indeed sincere. Given your strident agenda, as with a few other Christian posters (by no means all), I have come to assume that it would be consistently anti-Muslim. For example, Coach & Friedrich paint all Muslims as vicious and evil. If you are able to differentiate between the majority of moderate and reasonable Muslims and the minority of appalling extremists, I congratulate you.

1. I don’t give a toss whether you are angry or forgiving of me – you are an anonymous and frequently defensive poster to this forum, that’s all. You may be a pleasant and tolerant person in the real world, I can only respond to the tenor of your posts.

2. Everybody has prejudices; mine is religious dogma from any religion (in case you hadn’t already determined that).

3. Who is this “us” I am demanded to enlighten? You do not speak for all posters.

All prejudice should be condemned. You seem to take pride in yours. How am I to take your criticisms of religion and Christ if you won't even bother to understand Him.

Martin - Scout has every right to attack religious dogma which is becoming very dangerous to us all. I am rapidly coming to the conclusion that there is some sort of conspiracy or common goal among both fundamentalist Christians and Muslims to fast forward the end of the world so that the non-believers can be wiped out of existence. Unfortunately what they do not realise is that we will all be wiped out together as even if there is a God (I am agnostic about this) he/she will want absolutely nothing to do with these idiots.

On a paper, any religion tolerates other while assuming that HER god is a true and one only Lord, which is both core and basic notion of any faith and belief. Therefore, tolerance on terms of not-killing-on-spot non-believers (those different to a particular tribe) is still a goal to wish in too many places round a globe.

In so-called civilised and democratic societies a question remains where is sedge of a freedom of speech defamation and simple lying start at.

I tried to communicate with Martin, I really did. However his, unadmitted, prejudices prevents him from any form of discussion. Apparently it is on his terms or no terms at all. This is indeed dogma.

Looks as though there is no room for dissent either from the fundie Muslims or Christians.

If there is a diety it is not a christian or muslim one to judge by this thread and muslim outrage over some cartoons.
