First tho', re the paparazzi, I have no sympathies there because whenever she does her brief annual mini-visit to the childrens' hospital in Sydney, the entire paparazzi including all tv stations are all there to capture the brief moment of her pretending to warmly cuddle a child. She must pull out all stops to organise the paparazzi to get those newspaper, mag and tv shots. She does the same when she re-visits the Australian School of Theatre for Young People. But what you say about her father is interesting because everybody has always said it's been to get the attention and approval of her mother.But you think it's her Dad? You could be right. After all, 'little girls and their Daddies and all that....he was pre-occupied with his profession when she was a child. Hmmmmmmm.

So, I see its been, what, about 3 days now that the latest rounds of botoxic pregnancy rumors have been swirling around the nets? You have to believe if they were true, she would certainly have confirmed it publicly by now... unless of course it might endanger the 20 movies she must make before the end of the year! Well, the "daddy complex" might explain her completely neurotic need to strife to appear to acomplish something, in her failure to have a kid... as apposed to her sister who it seems just gave birth to an actual baby, and not just to another premiere, for another photo op, for a meaningless movie that will be here today and gone... by noon that same day. And then again maybe the tabs were actually talking about the kidman sister having a kid, and just set the botoxic rumor off by just pure reflex..

well... so I read that kidman will be presenting at the Nickelodeon Kids channel awards last week, so i checked for photos at Getty images, you know to check on her alleged "delicate" condition... well she looks even thinner than usual. And now I've read that cruise's kids were in the audience to watch her.. I guess Cruise got them tickets to the show, so they could see their "mother", in the flesh, because otherwise she wont be too available....

I attended a small party at a house in Mosman after the making of 'Vietnam', in which Botoxia acted. Botaxia was there with Tom Burlinson.As you say Skye, he was quite a big name then. She wasn't. She gawkily stood in a corner totally unable to converse with anyone. She seemed nervous and awkward and I felt sorry for her and tried to engage her in conversation but she turned away so I stopped bothering. I noticed others trying to do what I did also. But she was either unable to converse or was too shy. She also looked totally bored. Later, I wondered if maybe she was actually simply disinterested because people were not talking about her. The two more 'well known' actors there were Tom and an Australian actor called John Woods who was starring in a successful TV series here at that time called Rafferty's Rules. Because it was such a long time ago, I m trying to remember whether Five Mile Creek was filmed before Vietnam, or after. But during Five Mile Creek (I worked on the crew) she was also extremely rude and stand-offish to everyone. Nobody liked her. She had developed a name way back then for being an 'ice maiden' and totally self-consumed. Tom Burlinson is a nice guy. I wonder how they ever ended up together? I guess she was chasing fame but what was he doing?
