1. Yes the alleged likeness of Harry to Philip is also mixed up with Prince Harry most possibly being Diana/James Hewitt's offspring (more in 2. ).

son. Charles is his father.

Diana and Hewitt didn't meet until 1986. Two years
after Harry was born. James Hewitt was hired to teach
Diana, William, and Harry horseback riding.
These conspiracy theories persist. They are false.
Diana's bodyguard confirmed as did Hewitt that Harry
was born before the affair with Hewitt even began.
Harry's red hair comes from Diana's side of the
family.
