Coverage of Prince Philip's Funeral is on ABC TV Channel 24 RIGHT NOW!
Some patriotic remembrance music I would have chosen includes: "I Vow To Thee My Country" with the Queen and Philip 20 seconds in http://youtu.be/bvouc8Qs_MI "Jerusalem, the Anthem" http://youtu.be/MKRHWT6xdEU AND MOST TOUCHING Elgar's "NIMROD" from "Enigma Variations" http://youtu.be/sUgoBb8m1eE Goodbye and Rest in Peace Prince Phil Posted by plantagenet, Saturday, 17 April 2021 10:08:04 PM

It turns out that 3 songs that I chose were actually played at the pre-Funeral Parade 90 minutes later:

Hi Pete,
What a moving, personal send-off for Prince Philip. It was very moving and I'm sure that the Prince would have been pleased. I loved the music, the military presence (not one step wrong), the last post being played, even the Scottish piper. Nice touches. His awards and medals displayed on the altar. It was perfect. And finally after it was all over - seeing Princes Harry and William walking and talking together along with Kate as well. Couldn't have been better. It all must have brought great comfort to the Queen. "Eternal Rest Grant to him, O Lord And let perpetual light shine on him May he Rest in Peace Amen." The Queen will be accompanied to the historic 15th century Gothic chapel in the state Bentley by a lady-in-waiting, before sitting alone inside. Queen will sit alone at the Funeral in the Chapel.
All guests, including the Queen, who is 95 next week, are required to wear face masks, sit apart and observe social distancing rules in line with government regulations.
A small choir of four will perform music chosen by Philip during the 50-minute service.
The Duke of Edinburgh’s insignia will be laid at the chapel’s altar for the service.
The 30 guests include heir to the throne Prince Charles, his second wife Camilla, and the monarch's three other children, and eight grandchildren, as well as all their spouses.
Others include the children of the Queen's late sister Princess Margaret, and three of Philip's German relatives.
Mourners will wear formal day clothing, which reports said was to avoid awkwardness over which princes were entitled to military uniform.
