Given it looks like Democrats will hold the balance of power in the Congress, Trump's future looks not so bright.

But given that many Americans love Trump, poor souls, it may well be very volatile times for US society.

Given Trump's son sounds a bit like his dad, the Trump clan should/could form a Trump party.

One can only hope.

That may allow the Republicans to regroup towards more a common sense approach capable of upholding important centre-right traditions, albeit the American situation is very messy with major problems ranging from the social to the economic.

At the moment, too many self-interested republican are wary of offending their base which now include many Trump devotees.

I think Trump will go back to making truckloads of money. He won't return to politics because of his age. Only a fool like Biden stands for politics at the age of 78; and he won't be there for long either. President Harris will take over. They can't get a woman president elected so, by cheating and rorting, and using a senile old man, they will end up with a communist who will continue to drive America into the ground. The CCP must be in fits of merriment.
