The US Department of Homeland Security's cybersecurity wing, the Cybersecurity and

Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), describes the November 3, 2020 Election voting process as:

“the most secure in American history”

and

that there "is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes" changed votes or was in

any way compromised”.

So far, Trumpf has got around 71 million votes - more than any sitting president in US history - while Biden has got only another 5 million.

Close enough, some might say, so why can't Trumpf he declared the winner ? What's 5 million, compared to 71 million ?

Well, 76 million beats 71 million. Cathy Freeman beat whoever came second by a metre, out of 400, and won.

If all of the votes were recounted, and the Electoral College voting went Biden 270 to Trumpf 268, then Biden wins. End of. All over, red rover. 270 > 268. It's called democracy.

Democracy has to be preserved, exercised and strengthened. The right wing doesn't seem to think it matters a jot. But Ttbn and most of us centrists think it does. Good on you, Ttbn.
