Joe,
Correction, Go to any citizenship ceremony and and you may find muslims obtaining Australian citizenship. They do so for the advantages it gives them, it does not mean they are integrating into our society. You know, of course, that muslims are allowed to lie to infidels if is to their advantage.

Have our police actually found a non muslim they can charge with a terrorism offence, and only last week. I missed that so would appreciate a link, it will be worth reading.

Belly,
No, we need off shore detention for as long as those there refuse to return to their homeland. The Gillard scheme was a brummy, we get 4 for every one we send, what a joke. In any case the boats have stopped but we must maintain vigilance. The threat now is from muslims that come by air as refugees and immigrants. Muslims have never made any secret that they intend to take over the country eventually and as their numbers rise so will their political influence.

My idea is to stop all muslims from coming here, not based on race or nationality, but purely on culture alone.

HenryL,
I go along with that & would add that the Australian Citizenship Oath must include denouncing all other allegiance with a doctrine to denounce or override the Australian Constitution.
Refusal to accept that anytime after getting Citizenship and/or for permanent residency must be instant deportation to the place of departure to Australia.

Hi Henry,

Try this:

http://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2019/dec/05/far-right-extremist-phillip-galea-found-guilty-of-plotting-terror-attacks-in-melbourne

As for Tekiya, purposefully lying, it may be a little paranoid to assume that all Muslims, men, women and children, are out to get you and only pretending to integrate, that as soon as the time is ripe, they'll cut your throat. Is that it ?

Isn't it possible that many Muslims simply go through the motions, like Christians and everybody else, and don't give much of a thought to the deep meanings of their religion ? I'll bet that, if a contest was held with a $ 10,000 prize, for a Muslim to answer deep questions about something in the Koran, the great majority would have to admit they've never read it.

And when you hear about an epidemic of Muslim women in nikabs robbing banks, or Muslim children stabbing some other kid in school, let us know.

Certainly come down hard on any act of terrorism (or plotting such an act), whether it's from white nationalists or Islamists. And of course, thorough investigations of would-be refugees. But perhaps we should assume that, in the absence of such an act or evidence of intention, we can assume cautiously that people are innocent of such heinous crimes.

Joe

HenryL and Bazz, the idea is to save billions of dollars just here in this country
Too by closing every offshore detention center stop, *forever* the boats
Some clearly, have a fall back position of banning Muslims, even sending them home
Pauline Hanson has similar unworkable plans
Close offshore detention
Use Christmas Island, after the deal is done send every arrival to the host country for? detention we in part fund, only till the boats no longer arrive
Do not stop taking migrants or refugees, and yes Muslims
But we [after the initial stages of the plan are in place], select them
Over stayers are *a problem*
They often, work for low wages we do not need to fund an ever lower wages system in this country

Belly you don't seem to understand, once actually in Australia, including Christmas Island, the gate crashers have access to our courts. Once there activist judges & lawyers keep the cases going for years, with lawyers getting rich, & our courts tied up with rubbish.

Offshore detention stops this rubbish. Any bring them here for medical attention must be a no no. We owe this rubbish nothing, they are where they are because they tried to subvert & break our law. If the medical facilities are good enough for the citizens of these detention center countries they are good enough for gate crashers who have only themselves to blame for being there.

We should be more interested in medical help for the citizens of detention centers than it boat people.
