So the Sons of GOD came to heaven to present themselves to GOD and good old Satan was allowed into heaven also.

This it seems after he had tempted Adam and Eve, GOD's perfect creations...

Job 1:6 Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them.

After a few pleasantries where GOD (supposedly omniscient) asks Satan where he has been... Apparently GOD didn't know and had to ask!

Job 1:7 And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.

So for some strange reason GOD opes up Job to Satan after Satan tempts GOD... Can GOD be tempted by Satan? According to this stupid story - YES!

Job 1:9-11 Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought?

Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land.

But put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will curse thee to thy face.

So GOD takes the bait...God didn't need to because he is omniscient BUT believers miss that... GOD ALREADY KNEW THE OUTCOME!

If GOD is omniscient why did he need to test JOB? He knew the outcome any way.

Why did GOD allow Satan to kill all these innocents?

Hi Runner,

I can't tell if Self-Op2 is one of ours or one of yours :). Is his rant anti-religion (or anti- its storied bits) or is it against non-believers, or is he infatuated with the New Testament as against the Old Testament ? I can't wait until he gets to Revelations.
