If they answer "Yes" then they are enemies of western democracy and must go.
If they answer "No" then they are lying as it is permitted in Islam to lie to unbelievers, so they must go.

One of the problems for our legal system and for naturalisation ceremonies is that oaths are sworn on the Koran.
There is a clause in it that states it is OK to lie to infidels if it
is to the advantage of a moslem.
Think what that means in a court of law.
Charged with false swearing they can claim the book they swore their
oath on permits lying to infidels.
Not a bad defence I think.
I am sure there are many lawyers that would go along with it including judges.
