I see a lot of reasons being given for indigenous crime, but I see no-one saying that Indigenous people are therefore excused for their behaviour. And if some choose to ignore the reasons for crimes committed by whites but not aborigines, then that's their problem. Because crimes committed by white people have explanations too.
