RObert, I meant fully state owned religious based schools like Iftikhar wants.
In other words, he/she wants the Government to build and pay for a religious based school that only Muslim children and teachers can go to.

To me, that is completely racist.

Catholic schools that I know built their schools from Catholic funds and the kids receive some Government funding, as for all Aussie kids, but most of the parents pay much larger school fees than the public schools require to send their kids to these schools.
They don't require all their kids or teachers to be Catholic.

Muslim schools should be no different.
