Joe, in case you haven’t noticed there is a war already going on at the moment between Russian-backed and supplied separatists on one side and the Ukraine government on the other side.

Of course the missile was supplied by Russia (the equipment captured by the separatists from the Ukraine was not in working order and had been disarmed). Even Putin accepts this version; well mostly. He claims of course it is the fault of the Ukraine because it would never have happened if they had rolled over and did what Russia wanted.

The course of events is quite simple and no conspiracy theories are needed to explain what happened.
