we can know a great deal about the history
of racism in this country. But knowing brings
burdens which can be shirked by those living in

for many years to come. Many things have changed over
the years - yet for some - many things still remain

broadened out for many people and bigotry is in retreat
for many of us. But the racist past still weighs

believe that they will destroy any hope we have for a
better future. I am optimistic for the coming generations.

I am told there are more Buddhists in Aus than muslims. So when was the last time Buddhists were involved in gang rapes, anti social conduct or rioting behaviour. I can't recall.
