Wmtrevor you seem to ignore the fact that the British legal system swears allegiance to the Queen. How can anyone get a just hearing against such a system ?

I think the 'according to law' and 'do right to all manner of people after the laws and usages of this realm, without fear or favour, affection or ill will' should set Mr. Al-Fayed's mind at ease in that he is, by such oaths, guaranteed fair treatment even if he doesn't have good evidence.

The trouble is that he has no evidence of any credence with which to justify his assertions... what sort of person could do that and still maintain their argument with a straight face? Not once, but ad nauseam?
