"This is the jury's finding. It was an unlawful killing."

This is from the introduction of Lord Justice Scott Barker's Ruling on Verdicts in the Coroner's Inquests into the Deaths of Diana, Princess of Wales and Mr Dodi al Fayed:

"1. I propose to leave the following verdicts to the jury:-
(1) Unlawful killing (grossly negligent driving of the paparazzi);
(2) Unlawful killing (grossly negligent driving of the Mercedes);
(3) Unlawful killing (grossly negligent driving of the paparazzi and grossly
negligent driving of the Mercedes);
(4) Accidental death;
(5) Open verdict."

Which of the unlawful killings was it Arjay?

By the way the comments from page 7 dealing with allegations of Unlawful Killing: Staged Accident and Mohaned al Fayed's allegations is especially relevant.

So you believe the lying trash written in the NY times? If you view the doco the driver was sober. The blood sample was not even his.

How could anyone do that amount of damage to a Mercedes 280 in a city? What speed? What dumb-ass recklessness and poor judgement.

The driver was a mug lair. In his earlier days he should have been pulled out of the car and given a bloody good flogging for being one. But no-one ever did that. No-one ever showed him the error of his ways and he eventually killed people.

What was wrong with the passengers that they did not tell him to pull over and they would take a cab instead? They were mugs. Smart maybe, but mugs nonetheless.

Time for the ratbag media and women's mags to stop glorifying Di's death and make her accountable for her own choices and actions. How else can the young learn to think, say no and mean it, and if necessary, take action?

saving money by not fitting guard rails along the pillars
is Mise,
So it's the local Council's fault now is it ? Why not blame Mercedes for not building cars for speeding celebrities & make them crash proof ?
Of course we can't expect the celebrities to be discrete. The Councils really should make tunnels for them so they can evade the papparazi.
