Good evening SONOFGLOIN...

Mate, you're starting to worry this old man you know, by virture of what company you keep ? Emmmm, Joseph Lazlo MEISSNER, a fine specimen of a gentleman ? Indeed, Joe, had he behaved himself, and pursued his karate a little more diligently, instead of 'big noting' himself, and getting tied up with the wrong crowd....?

You see my friend, Joe was quite handy with his hands as you'd know, but against a .38 spec with 115g hollow point, stepping out about 990fps, it all mattered for nought ? Joe, could've taken a sizable fall on a number of occasions, anyway it's all a matter supposition now I guess ?

Roy Thurgar, former 'runner-up' to Bobby Dunlop's (C'Wealth Lt. H'Weight Champion), thought he'd speak with loud words, ended up on the footpath outside his own Laundromat in Coogee, he's no more... ? Sad, but there it is, same crowd too you know. Roy'd eat our friend Joseph. As he'd Tom Domican, but never Graham 'Abo' Henry, nor Ned Smith... Funny world eh ?

Our friend Pete, was a 'hard case' (his silly attitude) himself, not particulary bright, I suppose you'd say.................as you suggest, this is neither the forum nor time to discuss gardening ?

Bobby Dunlop, you bring memory,s o sung wo.
Look time to be honest.
Labors current and past problems stem from people who at times are criminals.
Yes I remember Baldwin, do not know him, but he was of the left, we both know who bashed him.
They sang solidarity for ever at the AWU conference, I never saw it done in the five I went to.
Great song, once, now? southern end product of a north bound bull!
It has been used to cover the actions of a pedophile, and do great harm to the person who bought the filthy thing to out attention.
NEW LABOR! what a promise and my dream.
Do we under stand why I hold in contempt power brokers? do we all know not so long ago 60 in every voting seats in Labor conferences HAD TO GO TO UNIONS?
Do we know due to reform/that cow by product, it is now 50 in a hundred.
Do we know in QLD, a bloke I once thought of as king, has also got his union to get involved in every branch, there by owning the votes at conference as they go as local branch members.
Leave the heated rage filled out, ask the middle,of both party,s, ignore the thought Labor is the Liberals group, sorry o sung wo, gentle nudge, we are better than that!
Labors path, two exist, must be away from Gillards troop of clowns.
And forever away from its tainted present and past.
A party of reform and ist start at reforming ourselves.
Paul Howes may still be PM one day.
But first he should leave it alone, keep his hands in his pockets.
Singing solidarity forever loud too will not change our plight.
Picketing the homes of the NSW Filth, the HSU filth will help. the public think we are ignoring their acts of unwed parents,I know we are not but show them!

Belly, you must be the supreme optimist, or totally delusional with your notion that 'the ALP phoenix will rise from the ashes'. It is my opinion that the Labor Party as it is presently constituted, is in the long term a dead duck, a party that has so lost its direction, a party of corruption that can never recover. There are good within Labor who deserve better. A new progressive is slowly on the rise to fill the void, and give a real voice to millions of Australians who at this time have no true political representation.
Unfortunately I believe the conservatives will be in the ascendency for quite a time to come. It will take progressives, men and women of good will, some time before even a true new beginning is underway. Following a massive defeat in September, more of the infighting will engulf Labor. With this self destruction of the ALP, I hope to see the disillusioned left, make a break and join with the like minded in forming a new progressive party. A party that takes the best of Labor and combines it with progressives from The Greens and others to represent the people once more. Belly if such should transpire, are you in, or are you out?

OSW>> Mate, you're starting to worry this old man you know, by virture of what company you keep<<

OSW, it all comes from growing up in the inner city. You have seen it all because you were a cop, I grew up in the middle of it, just down the road from the Taxi club....I bet we could compare notes mate.

Paul 1405, do you have time to reason with me?
This much I believe, in fact know.
Thanks partly to your party of protest not action, the center and it near left are about to suffer.
Greens, being now a rather pleasant pink, and starting to approach death, thankfully.
However in sinking they, by association, help install a tea party Liberal Government.
Dark days ahead, for both of us.
As you may well have done as a kid, you gleefully await your Santa Claus, to deliver Labors head to you.
It can never happen, yet again let the Sun shine on this truth.
Rude maybe, true however, on both sides of the fence more hate your party - forever - than will ever vote for it.
The two angry birds running it, in to the ground, are better for this country BECAUSE THEY HIGHLIGHT their silliness every time they pop up.
Get down on you knees and hope, pray if you want, a dd election is not to come in the first year of the new parlement!

'evening to you SONOFGLOIN...

Sorry, I didn't mean to insult you, but you know that ! Indeed, the old 'Taxi Club', just down the road from 'Lifeline' - Emmmm ? We decided mutually, we'd be able to sort through it all, over a couple of beers. Probably not, we'd need to schedule at least a weekend or two, just to sort through all those we've brushed shoulders with over the years ?

Actually SONOFGLOIN, I would've liked to have known you, when I was still at work ? Perhaps we may've been able to compare notes ? There's nothing like a little local knowledge, better than a mere 'blow in' like myself, muddying the waters so to speak.

Go kindly SONOFGLOIN...O Sung wu.
