UnderOneGod,

Are you seriously trying to make me cry? Okay so if I got what you were saying it is that little kids are bought in to care for less than good reasons and this has happened forever and that rarely have they benefitted from being in this care. This battle I think maybe the parents need to fight.

Can I do something about the ones who are going to kept in care?

I need to ask more questions (yes I bet that knocked your socks off).

When a person is made a Minister do they have to have already shown an interest in what they are doing... Does the Minister for Transport need to know how to drive a car or just look good standing next to one. Does the Minister for Community Services need to know anything about her state wards or just do a job at a political level?

Where would I hit the ceiling if looking for someone that actually was concerned about the individual children?

Better to have peaked and fallen than to have never peaked at all.

Keeping one's feet on the ground and things in perspective helps.

jewelry<<..trying to make me cry?>>its a very messy/area[even the vile word..'pediphile'[meaning;[child lover]..is a sick joke..[calling a child-rapist a'child lover'..yeah..bet..that hurts em..lol

<<saying..that rarely have they benefitted...>>im..not saying some dont benifit..[some go on/to run the same scam]..many realise its better to join with..the'power'..after they realise how omnipotant it..appears to be..[it gets complicated..]

<<..parents need to fight.>>..sadly..the reason we got drug-laws is to get the kids off the druggies..[who would return the child to an addict..[you must have heard..of some of the types..of parents children are removed from]

what can parents/do in jail..[are the kids better off[in jail]with them..[or being sold for drugs?[..it gets too complicated]..thats why it is as intrenched as it is]

<<Can I do something>>..i tried..but in the end/realised there is no authority figure willing/capable..to take it on..[and lets face it i got the info 2 de hand]..its not even my own facts i reveal..

<<..made a Minister..have already shown an interest...>>THATS SO VAIRIABLE..THE REPLY GETS TOO COMPLICATED..[see there are great portfolio's for getting up in the ranks of govt or party..[like foreign minester gets you into the boys-club of rome/bilderburger/un etc..[being in charge of defense/procurment[or health]..gets you the big bucks..[bribes]

<<the Minister for Transport...>>great oppertuinities for insurance perks in the future..[3 rd party insurance is a great scam]

<<Does the Minister for Community Services need to know anything about her state wards>>so many different things to consider[usually a complete innocent is required..[and actual'social'workers are required to do ongoing reports/destractions of process[as soon as the reports indicate any..real knowledge..they are moved on]..it has a high suicide rate

<<Where would I hit the ceiling>>there are plenty concerned, even the'child-lovers'are concerned..[but via having the reigns of prison, law and policing and media etc..what can they do?..go to a nut house?..get drunk?

its one of those too hard-basket/issues..you may..find one good trusted person..[but is the..next person..?..they take it to..of the same'good'intent..[or there to make sure the status remains quo]

..short of 24/7 monitoring..[and what pedophile wouldnt love that 'job']..maybe kids need a panic button[or computers monitoring them automaticly..[i dont know either]

There has been a war of ideas going on in the English speaking world since the time of Henry VII. Henry VII was the King who persuaded Parliament to take away the power of Judges, and give it back to the grass roots political meetings created by the Magna Carta. Henry VIII the one who was a serial polygamist stopped the enormous amounts of gold that were leaving England by creating English Notaries Public. The Pope was in the habit of selling indulgences. An indulgence was a prepaid forgiveness card, and these prepaid forgiveness cards were certified by Notaries appointed by the Pope. Judges were recognizing these prepaid get out of jail free cards, until Henry VII put an end to it. Henry VII made the only valid acquittal, in either civil or criminal cases that given by a jury of 12 lay people not Priests.

Australian democracy was at its peak in 1900. It decided to seek self rule as one united colony under one God, with the English Queen as His representative. It was a Protestant Christian democracy, to which the Roman Catholic residents reluctantly agreed, after extracting a promise in S 116 Constitution that their flock could take part to the fullest extent in public life. It has survived for 109 years, after a fashion, but has been under heavy attack from organized crime for much of its existence.

The war is between those who are of Catholic thinking, and those of Protestant Christian thinking, because a Catholic is taught from childhood not to question a priest. A PC is taught to read the Bible for themselves. The Catholic thinkers want to govern from the top down, and include Stalin, Mao, Mugabe, Castro, Menzies, and JH. Organised crime cannot survive under Protestant Christian rule. It sought and got the repeal of the laws that cramped its style. In 1996, the High Court declared a “Kable Principle” which said in effect that organized crime could not legitimately dictate outcomes to a court. Priests are still ruling us, and we will not peak again until they are deposed

The peak of Paul Keating’s career was when he realized organized crime was ruining Australia. He enacted legislative changes, to make Australia more competitive, but after 1996, when we were fooled into electing a lawyer as PM, these reforms were put aside. The organized crime that is ruining Australia is the point two five of one percent who are given the monopoly of practicing law. Parliament is impotent while this gang rules. Henry VII [1472] legislated to curb their power, and England prospered. Australian prosperity will peak again, if KR fixes the gangs.

The political right to sue for a civil penalty was granted by an Imperial Act in force in Australia in 1900, which was 36 Edward III C ix (9) [1363] and reads like this: Item Any man that feeleth himself grieved contrary to any of the articles above written, or others contained in divers statutes, will come into Chancery, or any for him, and thereof make his Complaint, he shall presently there have his remedy by force of the said Articles and statutes without elsewhere pursuing to have remedy.

Lawyers developed a way of getting round this Statute. They would get a Judge ( Priest in Chancery) to dismiss the case on a false prosecution.

Since 4 HEN 7 C 20 [AD 1427] any man (woman) could take an action at law, for a civil penalty for breach of Statute Law, and no Judge could dismiss it. King Henry raised lots of revenue from this business and kept taxes low. To ensure that they were properly tried, the Statute states: unless they are lawfully found with the plaintiffs , or against them by trial of twelve men and not otherwise, the claim remained unsettled.

In the above statute, King Henry said they were much profitable to the King as well as anyone who would sue for them. This is Protestant Christian government, which does not regard people as slaves.. KR will peak, when he bites the bullet and ensures the Federal Parliament is no longer a highly paid debating society and restores power to the people

KR got a letter before he was even elected suggesting that every Federal Court Judge, appointed since 1976 and every High Court Justice appointed since 1979, was not entitled to any pension whatsoever because none of them had done their job according to law. It was suggested to him that because none of them really understood the separation of powers means they are Almighty God’s delegate and Jesus Christ’s delegates must be the judges referred to in s 79 Constitution, they really should not have been paid all that time. He did not answer that letter.

Lawyer power peaked in 1976, when in direct contradiction of the words in S 79 Constitution the Parliament of the Commonwealth dictated to the Federal Courts that a lawyer be a Judge. In 1979 they did the same to the High Court. PK legislated that S 45 Trade Practices Act 1974 which makes exclusive dealing illegal would apply to all governmental agencies, and that of course included the High Court and Federal Courts of Australia.

These government bodies have been excluding people from access to justice since their inception. KR got a letter asking him to organize the repeal of s 39 Federal Court of Australia Act 1976 and Order 46 Rule 7A Federal Court Rules so that we the people could get free and unfettered access to the Judicial Power of the Commonwealth. He has not given us that either yet.

Chris Bowen has promised tough anti-cartel legislation, but what use is that, if it cannot be enforced by the victims. What don’t they understand about judicial power? Don’t they understand that Parliament is an elected court? Don’t they understand that it only has legislative power, and does not have judicial power? Don’t they understand that democracy to succeed must not exclude ordinary people from exercising their right to vote, not just once every three years, but every time a grass roots political meeting is held, under government authority? Perhaps they fear being accountable, just as Judges should. States have no judicial power, Almighty God has and KR should ensure they know that
