Thank you Under One God, I went and read them. But I think in the states they have a lot of different laws to call on and things in their constitution and stuff that I am never going get my head around.

I have trawled through forums but anything discussing DoCS in Australia is usually parents who are very angry about their own personal situation and dealing with the department. Took me a long time to find a site where I thought the people understood more about how things work.

I think I need to learn some basics. When the government decides to contract out to private companies how does it work and why do they do it? Does it mean the government has itself "Peaked" and can no longer do the job?

Hey, I read it thank you, I printed out both posts and really read them. What is The Forum? Besides not know anything about politics, acts, the law – I am also a complete neophyte when it comes to navigating sites.

I should not have stated I need help, but asked if I did. This is what I believe, what I understand:

I foster children, have done for over ten years, have had 106 lambs in my care. For a 0 – 5 year old child I receive 395.00 a fortnight in NSW. I foster Short Term (pretty much while in court sorts stuff) and then Court decides in the end if the child is going to go back to parents or on in to Long Term Care (either with DoCS carers or from NGO care bases). I pack bags and say goodbye.

The NGO’s are funded by DoCS. I think right now DoCS has about 80% or carers and the NGO’s have the rest. NGO caregivers get paid more as do their caseworkers etc.

Right now it is being planned that over the next 3 – 5 years (recommended by Justice Woods) that NGO’s take over the fostering of children.

Wouldn’t a private company be more inclined to take money and not actually provide a good service to the children if they can get away with it?

There is a study about to commence trying to work out why the foster children don’t do very well compared to other children. I think I know. They just “place” them, they never ask about the kids or what sort of family might suit them. I have already seen NGO’s bully DoCS to place children as quickly as possible within their own system with total disregard of the little humans.

[there are amoung the carers..those who couldnt care-less about their charges,..lets call them the ngo's]

see that abo/children were put into orphenages and even british/kids were stolen from their parents ww2 and brought to aussie and other commonwealth countries SOLEY to supply govt servant needs for kids to rape

see that the govt organises the'carers'to have a ready supply of kids available for keeping the judges,cops and polies etc in line''[they got'good'dirt on em..when you got proof of pediphilia on em]..you get great..'party'loyalty

these poor kids have got all sorts of stuff put on em..[mind controled and many other perversions programed into em..[i have met with more than a few of them in the drug scene and ammoung the homeless and insane..

their stories are consistant[though it would be so much easier to say they are nuts]..in the end i had to accept the truth..maybe ten different individuals'revealed'to me in confidence..[over the years

its so organised..that govt-cars deliver specific/kids according to need for the individual/perversions..[its fairly pervasive going down right now..canberra sydney and brisbane politics for sure]..as these are locations i have been told about..i dont have any reason to presume its not global..[if you ever attended a carer gathering you would soon realise the truth of the matter for your self]

but i dont have first/hand knowing..[i have only witnessed the end result of the matter]..it was part of the learning i had to accept[one of those things you wish you never knew about]..but such is as it is

the one consolation..is those abused seem to be more aware than the average sheeple..[must be the better'class'of people they mix with]but its the main reason i refuse to join the scum floating at the top..[the..'peak'of humanity..so to speak]
