I have always been outspoken in my criticism of Israel.
But I can't defend the actions of Hamas.
I reject any religion which teaches discrimination and
divides people.

I believe that people have to face up to the moral
implications of their actions - on both sides of this
conflict.

The appalling acts of Palestinian and Arab terrorism
can't be ignored or defended. The same as the Israeli
acts and occupation can't be ignored or defended.
The land must be shared. People must be treated
equally.

Slowly, too slowly, the tide must turn. Israel must
change - or it will destroy itself. I believe people
can change. They must, if there is ever going to be
peace in the region.

Israeli tanks are now rolling into Syria.

Future events...
Muslim lunatics will now surround Israel.
Muslims in neighbouring nations will throw out their Western puppet rulers.
Israel will claim if they do not act they will all be slaughtered, and will conduct pre-emptive strikes, and invade their neighbours.
Greater Israel will be established and they will take over the oil fields.
The U.N. will try to actually do what it was designed to do.
America will back out of the U.N. and it will collapse like the League of Nations.
The U.S. economy will tank, and Israel will become the next ruling state in the world.

Who says we're supposed to be supporting them? Why does it have to be one or the other -either you support the Assad/Russia/Iran alliance or you support the rebels! Why?

Why can't we just sit back and say they are all lunatics, none of them deserve to rule? Why can't we celebrate the overthrow of a vicious murdering dictator while acknowledging that those taking his place are unlikely to be any better?

Its always binary with you. If you don't support 'A' you must support 'B'. As Kissinger said about the 1980 Iran-Iraq war "I hope they both lose".
