Leaving aside your predilections the Sofronoff Inquiry found that there certainly was enough evidence for the police to charge Lehrmann and for the DDP to proceed with a prosecution.

This totally files in the face of what you asserted in your opening post: "it is clear that this trial was a kangaroo court based on zero evidence and against the recommendations of the police."

Are you going to retract that statement or are you going to cherry pick what parts of the inquiry supports your argument and disregard the rest?
