So no concern over the hours of police interviews or the contents of Higgins' phone which were never tended to the court but have made their way into a concerted media campaign against Ms Higgins. Nothing about the magistrate finding this so egregious that she wants the rules about the pretrial exchange of evidence changed.

Nothing about the wiping of CCTV evidence at parliament house. Nothing about the deep clean of the office before any evidence could be obtained.

The point is that there is zero evidence that Brittany H was actually a victim.

That Higgins refused to go to the police or even report to Reynolds until it looked as though she might be fired meant that all evidence was lost. That the room was given a routine cleaning was entirely her fault, as this would have not happened if she had spoken up.

That there was nowhere near enough evidence to establish even that sex occurred at all was known before the kangaroo court started. That this farce occurred at all was purely for political reasons for which Katy G and the DA should face the music.
