You mention Telstra. After a lifetime as a Telstra customer, I'm giving them the flick. I mentioned mobile phones. Well, I went to a Telstra shop to replace my old dumbphone and was told by a person with an accent I could barely understand that they sell only 'large, expensive 'phones. My wife rang Telstra, went through a lot of button pressing, and was told by a robot voice to leave her number and they would ring back. They never did. Telstra sucks.
