If you had a simple Salia test that gives results in seconds,is 95% acurate and we do have such test! The Isaeli Saliva test.

And given it was mandatory,deployed at every border, sports stadium and supermarket entry points. We'd be able to open up completely as soon as it was deployed in the prescribed manner!

Then all the drug addicts/drug pusher claiming mental breakdowns, could recover their normal composure/customary addition/cash flow?

That is if the test did not include an equally mandatory test at the same spots for all who cross, for all the illict drugs you could have in your system?

Those not wanting to be tested? Could just stay at home and have a withdrawal asited, mental breakdown? Or, get-- on-- a-- methadone-- program-- or-- some-- such? Even--if--it--slows-- you-- down-- somewhat? And I know you know what I mean!

You are missing the point.

Under the Soot Morrison Approach the WuFlu pandemic no longer exists.

As Soot will tell you: "It's good for Australia, it's good for jobs."

So stop talking about border closures, face masks, restrictions, etc. and get yourself out there and put the Soot Morrison Approach into practice.

If things don't work out then Soot simply resigns.

Saliva tests? There's a lot of saliva being sprayed around here by the usual ranters.

Yes Mr Opinion, I would!

Particularly when I know there is a Saliva test that is 95% accurate and produces an on the spot negative or positive result in mere seconds!

And knowing that, that it is not being produced and deployed here ASAP! As he sits on his ass, talks up a storm and picks political fights as his best, blame-shifting tactic? Supports the market, shareholders and executive salaries with a flawed formula! Rather than the discretionary spend!

Which would do a far better job of supporting a service economy and a now fledgling manufacturing sector, still on its knees, crippling by, price-gouged, selectively cherry-picked energy provision that effectively rules out the cleanest, cheapest, safest energy! Energy that would massively resusitate and build amnew our manufacturing sector!

And maybe the conservative dismantled, cooperative capitalism that once served, the now emptied out, bush so well!

Which arguably, is in Scomo's area of responsibility, control and funding!

He could just pick up a phone and have a licence to manufacture it, the Israeli Saliva test and the formula tomorrow. And lift the self-imposed prohibition on this or that energy provision paradigm! Via Executive order?

And some saliva tests rolled out in a few hot spots ( Melb. high rises) before full production ramps up.

Which should see all our production labs fully funded, fully staffed and workingaround the clock 24/7, until we have millions of test kits available and deployed to catch and test as widely as possible. Schools, hospitals, supermarkets' entry and exit points. All state borders, airports, transport terminals etc.

And with that done? Enable the economy to get up of it's knees, the borders reopened and the economy back at maximised activity ASAP!
