Evidence of atrocities of the Russian army come from many independent sources, for example satellite images and intercepted radio and phone conversations (by ham radio operators and German intelligence). The denial tends to come from Russia, and there is the claim that Russia is sponsoring much disinformation about the war on the internet.
You may be correct, but how do you determine what is true and what is false? For example, is the portrayal of civilian destruction by the Russian army credible, and how credible is it for a number of independent sources to coordinate such a conspiracy? It is challenging enough to coordinate the actions of a united group of people. The performance of the Russian invasion should demonstrate that to you.
