Depending on the state some of the laws can be pretty screwed up. It seems that they have become fairly politicized. Not sure about the case of Jackofharrassment. There seems to be some question of their legitimacy for example those to do with Family Law- garnishing of funds by government departments rather than by the court. The police as another example seem to engage in immoral tactics in order to get numbers. To be fair the police seem to be in an impossible situation as they seem to be trapped between mad politics and the laws of nature- so they take the cynical path. The police say that you shouldn't be afraid if you are telling the truth- this is a lie- never talk to the police!- they are not reasonable people- neither are judges- they don't care about you, justice, fairness- the wrong word can make you guilty. But legal representation is expensive- you can't even trust your own lawyer. It's a very dangerous world- perhaps it's not safe to go outside- the law isn't making it any safer.
