Scott Morrison certainly can see daylight - nothing
to do with morality of course - but everything to do with
self-interest. We have his comments made in 2017 -
where he stated "China provides a real stability in the
region." Then in 2019 Morrison addressed the Asialink
summit saying Australia should embrace more investment
from China.

His comments also supported China's controversial belt and
road initiative " We welcome Chinese investment. We have
welcomed it for decades," Mr Morrison said in June 2019.

"The infrastructure needs of the region are enormous and
Australia welcomes the contribution that the Belt and
Road initiative can make to regional infrastructure
investment and to regional development."

The comments to the summit are 4 years after the lease of
the Port of Darwin was made to a company with links to the
CCP which raised numerous security concerns since.

And of course we then have Gladys Liu who's won the PM's
support. Even though ASIO has warned about her connections.

After stepping up to the Super Heavyweights, poor ScumO' Morrison was outclassed when taking on Xi of China. ScumO' suffered two black eyes, a cut lip and lost four front teeth, before his corner could throw the towel in halfway through the first round. All ScumO' could utter after the fight was; "Did anyone get da number of dat BUS!" In a more even contest ScumO' is back in the flyweight division where he's slugging it out with Man Sog of the Solomon Islands in a ten rounder. Halfway through the fight ScumO' is way behind on points, suffering several unexpected blows from Sog to the solar plexus. ScumO' has been down twice for the count only to be saved by the bell. Things don't look good for ScumO' Morrison as he is taking on Honour Natano from Tuvalu in a fortnight. This will be Natano's first fight, but he will start hot favourite to defeat the hapless ScumO' of Australia.
