shadowminister,

Talking to you is about as effective as a fart in a blizzard.
If you can't find anything suss on the web about Gladys
Liu, (and there's plenty there - including ASIO reports and
recommendations to then PM Malcolm Turnbull)
then you're not interested in doing so.

No surprises there.

I won't be responding to you any further.

Talking to you is like talking to a brick wall.

DO YOU CONDONE Richard Marles' behaviour or not!!

If you do the tenuous drivel you have against GL is irrelevant.

As Michelle Grattan points out -

"A feature of this election is that it has multiple
fronts. Apart from the national campaign there are
regional battles, the individual seat contests,
and about an almost separate election revolving
around the "teals (independents) who have become a
defining feature of this election."

Grattan tells us that "nowhere are things more intense
on the Liberal side than Treasurer Josh Frydenberg's
electorate of Kooyong where money does not seem to be
a problem... the stakes are huge. " And as Grattan
says the loss of the seat once held by Menzies could have
practical and symbolic implications for the Liberal
Party.

Monique Ryan is challenging Frydenberg. It will be interesting
to see how far she gets. Frydenberg's advertising in the
electorate is immense - his pictures are everywhere. However
Monique Ryan as a children's neurologist is well known.

It won't be a dull race.

Monique Ryan talks through her backside and even caused warmist, hard Left Patricia Karvelas on RN to be sceptical of her raving. Let ratbags like her in, and you will have an unelected climate commission telling the government what to do on climate. They 'have a plan', or a bill, that will not be stopable if the Teals and Greens have the balance of power.

In the meantime, Albo's henchman are doing a better job of campaigning than he is capable of. The more the voters see of Albo, the less chance he has of being PM.

Some people are talking through their backsides
but it's not Independent Monique Ryan. Apparently
Josh Frydenberg finds her to be such a threat
that he's had his picture pasted all over his
electorate - which is a turn-off to many.
It just may have an opposite effect to the one he
wants.

The tactic of looking for advantages from negativity
is also wearing thin. And taking this stance - means
chewing on meagre bones. It's not working. Both parties
need to pay attention. Voters are more and more
turning to alternatives.

Morrison's controversial pick of Katherine Deves - who
has a trail of offensive anti-trans posts many in the
party want her to step down - "for the good of the party."
They want her to step down fearing she will hurt the vote
in Wentworth and North Sydney where the Libs face the
"teal" independents. Local Liberals have abandoned hope
of dislodging independent Zali Steggall in Wentworth.

What we're seeing in the election campaigns currently are
personal attacks, scare campaigns, photo ops,
and "gotcha" moments but no really serious debates
on major issues. No wonder there are so many
undecided voters at present. Lets hope we'll see
more debates soon.
