Dear Bazz,

Barnaby Joyce has always been a solo act. However
he needs to realise that he's not the only person
in the room. He says he's changed and is a better
person? Nah! His words are hollow unless accompanied
by meaningful action. And I don't blame the rural
women. They know him only too well. He's out for
himself. Not rural Australia. He's a blowhard - always
has been. I'm sure that Scott Morrison will be able to
handle him. Just as Turnbull did.

Barnaby is the only one I have seen in the last couple of decades who has always tried to give an honest answer to any question he has been asked, it has cost him when dealing with smart ass reporters.

That makes him my most preferred politician of the entire current bunch.

No he is not polished, or charismatic, thank god. The most charismatic of the last century were Hitler, Mao Zedong, Stalin, Churchill & Douglas MacArthur. Each killed millions. Lets have simple, if flawed leaders thanks, preferably pragmatic rather than visionary.
