AC had a girlfriend once who used to try and eat me and me eat her. A bit hard to handle and all in the back of the 69 Kingswood. Me thinks she and I were carnivorous, sweet girl.

Issy, did you ever get to try your mate Tony Azzi's 'Baked Wombat with Koala Stuffing'? A little bit rich for my liking. But after having a Fat Bob Ballsup gigantic elephant steak on the bbq, you'll eat anything.

Yes Issy, I can just imagine it, you and me, Fat Bob and Wombat Tony sitting around that peaceful camp fire at night. Listing to the screams of a freshly caught little fury woodland creature we're slowly roasting alive over the open fire for dinner. As Darryl Kerrigan would say, "Ah, the serenity of it all".

Paul,

The expected recourse to your brand of humour, can't stand it that Bruce Pascoe is in favour of killing 'roos for food.

Bet you love the fact that he shoots kangaroos.

Golly, an activist for the Aboriginal people who owns a gun, hunts and kills his own food.

What will the Greenie lovers of feral cats say?

Is Mise,

What is the common factor pertaining to all life?

I reckon it is that all forms of life are feeders.

I can't think of any other thing that all forms have in common.

Whether you're a kangaroo eater, a vampire, a tree or a bacterium, isn't one just a feeder.

My God Is Mise, I think we've just discovered the meaning of life: It's a Big Mac!

Hi Issy,

Why, an activist for the Aboriginal people (Bruce Pascoe) who owns a gun, hunts and kills his own food. The two are not mutually dependent on each other.

You could have just as easily asked; an activist for the Aboriginal people (Bruce Pascoe) who owns a car, drives it and puts petrol in it.

I support the proper professional management of sustainable resources, kangaroos included.

We differ somewhat on gun control, where you support the open slather approach. I'm somewhat more reserved, can't support arming 5 year old school children etc, as some do. I do recognise the need for limited guns in the community, sadly such professional people as police, military and some professional civilians as well. Not in the hands of the amateur irrespirable gunnie mob.

Did the recent changers to "gel blaster" legislation in Queensland upset you? No longer can nut jobs dress up as GI Joe, and pretend to be Rambo, running around the streets and parks terrorising people as they take pot shots at each other, and bystanders, with their fake M16's, splattering people with raspberry jelly blobs, pretending its fake blood! Another example of Gunnie irresponsibility!
