I gather that IARTA is working with governments to have a system
where, as it was years ago you had to have an innoculation certificate
for yellow fever and some other disease before you could travel by air.
Much easier now, get the injection as usual and your doctor enters it
on the nation health register and when presenting your passport it
pulls up your vaccination record anywhere in the world.
If you do not want to have a vaccine then don't travel, it is as simple as that !

That would fit nicely next to the drivers license on the back of a weetbix box, available for Chinese tourists they seem to carry, (according to my observation), which, unlike the plebs version in this country, is without a photo ID. Special privileges!
