Yes, that stupid Darwin Harbour lease should be revoked and its recipients have their deposit refunded. And in addition to an US naval base in Darwin, there should be one set up on Cocos Islands as well.

Perhaps the Cocos Islands one could be a joint base including India, Vietnam, Japan and Thailand's navies. This should have been done years ago.

So now it's become a matter of urgency.
